We believe that we can work together to make a more efficient and productive relationship, which will help throughout the complete process of each case, and we can prevent most remakes and any discrepancies that may arise, through being proactive and holding to a high standard in our control of the case from start to finish.
Our remake factor in a month is, .01, which correlates to approximately 3.5 crowns a month.
Our philosophy is for you to seat our crowns in fifteen minutes.
Using a study of a dentist needs to make $600.00 an hour to make his practice profitable.
15min = $150.00
Lab Bill: Lab X = $150.00
Seating time average 30 min = $300.00
Remake factor 5% = $7.50
Total one crown cost = $457.50
At 100 a month= $4570.50
Lab Bill: The Tooth Studio = $250.00
Seating time average 15 min= $150.00
Remake factor 1% = $2.50
Total: one crown cost = $402.50
At 100 a month= $4020.50
Using this research basis of a platform for a successful dental practice, and our average of only 1% remake factor, we can determine that 100 Crowns a month equates to 5 Crowns a day, and saving 15mins per crown would be 1.5hours saved each day. Which would equate to a savings of $18000 a month, and $216,000 a year in total savings.
Over all you get a highly efficient experience and a better quality product.

As a joking quote that he says at the office of Dr. Willie Cantu, “ the crowns are so good that he can throw them in the mouth from across the room.” He says to his staff as he sees a crown seating on his schedule.
