Nobel Procera System
As technology advances and patients become more and more aware of newer technologies and treatments, they are increasingly demanding metal and alloy-free constructions which greatly reduces the danger of allergic reactions and other complications. To respond to this demand here at the The Tooth Studio we employ the PROCERAŽ AllCeram system to create crowns, laminates, bridges and implant abutments constructed out of extremely dense-sintered aluminum oxide cores. This material is biocompatible and fabricated out of 99.5% pure aluminum oxide. This gives it such strength that PROCERAŽ AllCeram can be used for prosthetic reconstruction anywhere in the mouth.
Through our use of the Procera system we here at The Tooth Studio are proud to offer some of the best alternatives to traditional ceramic-to-metal restorations available. AllCeram provides the pristine beauty of an all-ceramic while being prepped and cemented in the same fashion as an ordinary crown. Yet even while so greatly simplifying the procedure and being nearly indistinguishable from a real tooth, Procera ceramics have been proven by long-term clinical studies to be strong and dependable over long periods of time.
In the past strength and esthetics for restorations were mutually exclusive qualities. With the PROCERAŽ AllCeram system this is no longer the case. With the Procera system it is possible to achieve near lifelike results without sacrificing durability while selecting the right material for the job. To this end the Procera system is offers a variety of material choices. ProceraAllCeram 0.4mm allows for ideal strength and esthetics while being capable of white and ultra translucent shades. The original AllCeram 0.6mm possesses superbstrength and esthetics making it ideal for strong bridges. The newest offering, AllZirkon, provides for even greater strength while retaining the esthetic values that separate the Procera System from its competitors.
