The new SR Vivodent DCL teeth are made of state-of-the-art DLC material. These high quality teeth are available in A-D shades, Chromascop and in the popular Bleach shades, allowing them to be used in varying prosthetic situations.

Biocompatible DCL material
SR Vivodent DCL teeth are composed of a double cross-linked material. Toxicological examinations have confirmed the biocompatibility of this state-of-the-art resin.

The anterior tooth moulds are arranged into easy to identify groups. This ensures that teeth that best match the individual characteristics of the patient can be selected.
Optimal occlusion
SR Phonares® Typ NHC posterior teeth are suitable for a wide range of applications including partials and complete dentures.
Semi-anatomic design utilizes cusp angles of 18-22 degrees.
This provides occlusion similar to anatomic teeth with decreased interference.
Quick Set Ridge lap
SR Phonares® Typ teeth have been designed with a modified ridge lap that ensures minimal adjustment during setup procedures.
Full Contour
The cervical design is ideal for masking implant abutments and bars.
Lingualized occlusion
The ideal distribution of oral forces, combined with the extraordinarily high wear resistance of the material, ensures a good balance of function and durability.
SR Ivocap Injection System
The SR Ivocap System produces highly accurate methyl methacrylate-based dentures. After mixing, the material is injected into the flask under pressure. Constant pressure is applied during polymerization. As the denture base material flows consistently, the shrinkage of the material is optimally compensated.
