In working with cerec connect system at the Tooth Studio Dental Lab since its conception, we believe it is an efficient and effective way to communicate between the dentist and lab, our experience with cerec connect has given us confidence that we can produce a product using this system that is esthetically and functionally sound.
Using digital oral scanning eliminates the innate human errors in models and bite registrations. The accuracy and precision of the new Cerec AC bluecam scanner has made this system a great viable option for dentists, whether the system is to just use for oral scanning or milling in-house restorations.
At The Tooth Studio Dental lab we understand that time is money and you sending the cases directly to the lab digitally, allows you to do more procedures, and allows the Tooth Studio to make you the most esthetic restorations. Using Cerec Connect will increase; accuracy, lower remakes, and increase turn around time and allow us to produce a single unit restoration back to your office with next day service. The beauty of the system is that all restorations that cannot be made in your office, can be connected to The Tooth Studio. Model work will be milled and any type of restorations will be processed. Full arch, bridges, veneers and more esthetic demanding cases are ideal for Cerec Connect.
With Cerec Connect we can design and mill out restoration directly from start to finish, or send scan to Infinident central milling center and have model work milled out, and/or get a wax substructure milled for lost wax technique or we can take your STL file and use any another manufacturer to have any substructure milled for any precision fit that you desire.
