All On 4, All on 5, All on 6

At The Tooth Studio, our focus is not on how many implants you desire or need, it is on what treatment plan that would be best for the patient, as we want to create the best possible prosthesis for the patient.
The PIB (Procera implant bridge), or the 3i CamstructSURE both incorporate cross arch stabilization, which disseminates forces evenly across the platform, ensuring the long-term success of implants.
These bars can be fixed hybrids,in which the denture and bar are screwed in the mouth, or the fixed removable in were the attachments are placed on the bar which is screwed into place, and the denture can be removed at the patients discretion.
The patient approves the denture set-up,the cast is then verified with the verification jig, we then scan for the denture implant bridge with our Optimet scanner from Nobel Biocare, and scan the denture set-up and cast it into the Nobel Procera scanner, and design the PIB in house. The software allows us many tools to achieve maximum support, retention and function.
The design is then finalized and sent to Mahwah New Jersey where NobelBiocares' state-of-the-art manufacturing and milling center is located.
Nobel Biocares bars are milled within 5 microns and very accurate.
All other bar manufacturers standard is 20 microns so when they mill to the other side of the bar it has a slight discrepancy, still very passive but not as accurate and precise as the Procera Implant Bridge form Nobel Biocare.
The final prosthesis of All-On-4, 5, and 6 usually involves the construction of an acrylic wrap-around bar. We use the Procera Implant Bridge because the CAD designed and custom milled bar creates not only a stronger bar, but a more precise and passive fit - all with less weight than an older style cast bar.

The 3i CAM StructSURE case is mailed to them, and they scan and Design the Bridge, and then a three-dimensional image is sent to us to evaluate and make any changes before it is processed.
With 3i Incise we will soon have the capability to scan and design in house, and then send an image to 3i’s milling center for production. 3i incise with the renishaw scanner will work for the encode implant healing caps for individual custom abutments.
All-On-4 surgery technique developed by Dr Paulo Malo of Portugal, is rapidly becoming one of the more popular surgery techniques for the fully endentulous patient. This surgery technique has proven to be not only cost effective, but highly successful for those patients with limited bone, without requiring bone graft, and also for those patients looking for immediate tooth extraction and implant placement. It requires immediate loading, and therefore patients do not have to go without teeth after surgery.
